Programmes Description
Our daily sessions will include yoga asanas (postures) as well as deep relaxation, Pranayama and Meditation Techniques. You will learn how to control and use your breath, practicing Pranayama (breath control) and engaging mindfully.
You will be practicing a relaxing but at the some time challenging class in the morning and a more restorative class in the evening. In between the two classes, you are free to do whatever you wish. We encourage you to do exactly what you like/need. There is a variety of activities among which to choose, such as taking a walk, visiting the quiet bays nearby for sun bathing or swimming, water-skiing, canoeing, swimming (arts/crafts and dance are available upon request). These activities as well as the yoga practices are of course optional, and if you just want to take some time out to relax, take a nap or read a book, you are more than welcome to do that.
