Post natal yoga classes in London

In a Postnatal yoga classes can be started about 6 weeks after the birth. The emphasis is for relaxation for physical and emotional recovery after birth.

Simple breathing exercises can bring a feeling of calm through times of anxiety, hormonal imbalance and lack of sleep. Yoga nidra techniques will be given to promote good rest during sort periods of sleep.

Babies are welcome.
