Yoga pregnancy techniques, during and after pregnancy

Our yoga classes are offering a safe and relaxing place where women’s can reconnect with their bodies during the pregnancy period when the body is changing. Our aim is to support them going through their pregnancy with the minimal discomfort. With breathing exercises pranayama and relaxation techniques the best support for the the birth and post-delivery stages will be taught.
