If you have a condition or an old and/or a new injury and you do not declare it, you may not be covered by our insurance. You are responsible to follow teacher’s instructions at all times incl while using equipment and props. Injuries occurred as a result of not following teacher’s instructions are at your own risk and Yogaloom’s insurance may not be able to cover you. Cover may not include death, a heart attack, a stroke or any other incidents that are a cause of an individual’s pre existing condition or of poor health.
24h notice is required for a cancellation of your Studio Pilates Class and workshops. 4h notice is required for a cancellation of your Yoga and Pilates Mat class.
If you do cancel your class within a 24h notice for Studio Pilates Class or within a 4h notice for Yoga and Pilates mat classes a refund is not available but you can reschedule your class or a credit will be issued.
If this notice period is not given without the cancellation window as stated above, a full charge will apply and booking will be treated as a last minute class cancellation.
If the class/session hasn’t been paid for in advance, next time a client books a class the balance owing will be requested to be paid.
Customers can not book any other classes if they have a balance owing.

Terms & Conditions
All services purchased from Yogaloom ltd must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a Health questioner, that he/she has no medical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Yogaloom ltd, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
All clients/participants take full responsibility when using Yogaloom equipment and always following directions by the teacher.
Registration & Purchase: To register or purchase from the Yogaloom ltd online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
If you process a class, course or block of classes, workshops or special offers, a refund is not available. A credit can be issued for you which you can use in the future or you can pass it on to any friend or family who have an account with Yogaloom.
Refund & Cancellation Policy Sessions Cancellation – 24 hours notice for Studio Yoga Classes and 4 hours notice for Yoga/Pilates mat classes is required for cancellation of single sessions. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.
Medical Cancellations - Cancellation is permitted where a client is not able to participate in a single session for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the client was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session will be issued.
Retreats Cancellation - 60 days of notice is required for retreats cancellations. Any cancellations by a client within 60 or more days of notice will be processed and a £150.00 fee per client will apply to cover hotel deposits and admin work. No cancellations will be accepted within 60 days of the beginning of retreat.
Medical Cancellations - Cancellation is permitted where a client is not able to participate for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the client is not permitted to participate is required and upon receipt a refund will be processed and a £50.00 administration fee per client will apply.
