Foundations of arm balancing – yoga postures workshop 30 June 2 to 4pm>
An extended class on the building blocks of arm balancing work.
In this workshop we will look at the components of arm balancing yoga postures, breaking down elements of arm, core and leg work (yes legs are involved in these poses too). We will look at some common obstacles and work some drills and exercises to build awareness and discover patterns.
We will allow plenty of time for rest and relaxation at the end. Some previous experience of yoga is expected but the workshop is open to all levels of mobility.
