During a Pilates Mat class you will be working with the pilates repertoire, some times with the support of ‘thera bands’ and small ‘over balls’.
A private/one to one class is the best way to get the most out of your practice. Class will be tailored at your individual needs and level of practice and will focus at your goals. ecommended for beginners, for rehabilitation clients and those looking to advanced their practice.
