Jennifer Armstrong

Jen loves sharing the joy of yoga and mindfulness with children and families. Her fun family classes are based upon a theme and include elements of breathing, music, poses (and sometimes partner poses too!) and sensory props to engage children in the joy of mindful practices! Her workshops also include a mindful making element where you might make rest your mind time jar or a calm cloud- it’s a lovely part of the workshop and the children love having something to take away!
