Natalie is a North London-based yoga teacher who completed her training at Triyoga with leading teachers. She is certified by the British Wheel of Yoga. She brings an alignment focus, inspired the Iyengar tradition, to her Hatha and Restorative classes. She specializes in teaching one-to-one sessions and small groups, and enjoys creatively tailoring the practice to the student’s needs.
Working with a range of tools from simple breath exercises and supported restorative poses to strengthening static postures and slow-flowing sequences, Natalie will help you to establish and develop a yoga practice or deepen an existing one. Sessions are relaxed and fun, informative and supportive. The practice helps to free up the body and release tension, build strength and stability, and promote a greater sense of wellbeing.
