Randhiraj is an integrative therapist and helps people improve health and wellbeing outcomes. Her interest in wellbeing comes from her life experiences and from working in busy jobs where it was important to PAUSE and take stock again. Se is not new to the practice of meditation having grown up attending Kirtans. Her heritage and cultural roots have firmly been based on the practice of honouring self care with food, mindset and the environment which can get lost when we forget to hear our inner voice.
