Post Natal/Mummy and Me yoga classes in London
Postnatal yoga classes can be started about 6 weeks after the labour. Emphasis will be given to aid physical and emotional recovery after birth.
Simple breathing exercises can bring a feeling of calm through times of anxiety, hormonal imbalance and lack of sleep. Yoga nidra techniques will be given to promote good rest during sort periods of sleep.
Babies are welcome.

£14 for Trial Class of 75min (new mums only)
£70 for a Block of 5 classes (valid for 2 months)
At our studio
Single class £65 for 60min or £70 for 75min
Block of 10 classes £600 for 60min or £650 for 75min (valid for 4 months)
At your place
£70 a single class 60min or £75 for 75min
£650 for a Block of 10 classes 60min or £700 for a Block of 75min (valid for 4 months)
