Yogaloom Pilates is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Yogaloom Pilates may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Contact information including email address and phone numbers. Health information, a prerequisite to using our services. Other information relevant to client requirements. Booking information including specific days & times you wish to use our services. Personal Practice Evaluations. Our assessment of what Pilates exercises you need focus on for personal improvement What we do with the information we gather We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and for the following reasons:

  • To improve the services we provide.
  • To respond to an enquiry you have made, either by phoning you or by using the email address which you have provided.
  • To send you reminders or information about the services you have paid for or are due for payment, using the email address which you have provided.
  • To send you promotional emails about new services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided either via Wellness Living Online, Mailchimp or katerina@yogaloom.com
  Security We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that  we collect online.   Website Analytics We collect information about visits to this website. The information which we gather includes data on the amount of time spent on each page of the website, the number of pages accessed and the popularity of each page. This information is used within Yogaloom Pilates only and does not identify the individual. We do not pass on or sell this information to any third parties. Controlling your personal information We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information, which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.  

Terms & Conditions

  All services purchased from Yogaloom Pilates must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing our Health Questionnaire, that they have no medical limitations preventing them from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Yogaloom Pilates, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. All clients/participants take full responsibility when using Yogaloom Pilates equipment and must always follow directions by the instructor. Registration & Purchase: To register or purchase from the Yogaloom Pilates online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Cancellation and Refund policy We require 12 hours notice for cancellation of yoga classes and 24 hours notice for reformer Pilates classes, personal training and private sessions. If you purchase a /workshop/treatment or special offer, these are non-refundable. If you do cancel your class/workshop/treatment  within our cancellation window, a refund will not be available but a credit will be issued to be used in the future or you can pass it on to any friend or family member who has an account with Yogaloom Pilates.   If  this notice period is not given within the cancellation window as stated above, a full charge will apply and booking will be treated as a last minute class cancellation. If  the class/treatment hasn’t been paid  in advance, the next time a client books a class the balance owing will be requested to be paid.   Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.   Medical Cancellations – Cancellation is permitted where a client is not able to participate in a single session for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the client was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of a missed session and upon receipt, a credit will be issued to be used in the future.   Retreats Cancellation – At least 60 days  notice is required for retreats cancellations. A £200.00 fee per client will apply to cover hotel deposits and admin work. No cancellations will be accepted within 60 days of the beginning of retreat. If there is a cancellation due to medical reasons, upon producing a medical certificate/doctor’s note, you will receive a credit to use within the next 14 months for a 2025 retreat in Greece that will take place from May-October 2025   Purchase Policy By purchasing a class/treatment you confirm you have read and accepted our terms and conditions (refund and cancellation policy too). To register or purchase from the Yogaloom Pilates online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Customers can not book any other classes/treatments if they have a balance owing.   Liability Waiver If you have a condition or an old and/or a new injury and you do not declare it, you may not be covered by our insurance. You are responsible to follow teacher’s instructions at all times including while using equipment and props. Injuries occurred as a result of not following teacher’s instructions are at your own risk and Yogaloom Pilate’s insurance may not be able to cover you. Cover will not include death, a heart attack, a stroke or any other incidents that are a cause of an individual’s pre existing condition or of poor health.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
